Nice debut, Mr. Porter!
I actually just picked up the 1st Sweet Tooth and liked it a lot. I am glad to hear it's still good 3 issues in.
Ultimate Spiderman #4 was great too. Minor detail, but I love Gwen's eyebrow ring!

Actually, that's my one complaint. It's as gross as nose studs and lip rings.

D'oh! Well, if you ever see pics of some guy calling himself suine_hallock w/a bunch of tattoos & piercings (nothing below the face, though), the jerk stole my user name. 
Anyway, I think this issue of Ultimate Spiderman is step 1 towards him going back to being to a "menace."
Oh, and I haven't read the other 2 yet, so I'll have to give my 2 cents on those later.
