Favorite Episode?
« Thread started on: Nov 1st, 2009, 05:36am » |

With 14 Episodes done and a year in, I have to wonder, what episode is your favorite, More so what segment is everyones Favorite so far? and most dead on review? especially the staffs thoughts on these would be great
Mine would have to the Devall's coverage of that awesome U.S.S FLAGG Playset. Not only was it a wonderfully displayed set up, but the camera angles were awesome and Devall really got some good insight from the owner. A segment I had to watch three times to get it all visually.
As for review. Dirt's Review of the Public Enemies Line from DC. it was tough but fair and was really honest in who should buy and who should pass it up

While I think they've all been great so far, I have 3 favorites.
- Sentimentally speaking, Episode 2-2 which was Dan's Top 10 favorite TMNT figures. It was great to see someone else who loved a lot of the same obscure figures as me, as well as seeing some of the figures I don't have anymore, but loved.
- Episode 4-2 is a favorite as I'm not much for Christmas either and I loved hearing DiRT echoing a lot of my sentiments.
- Episode 4-3, the Christmas memories episode, is a riot. DiRT's Voltron Castle story is one of the most hilarious things I've ever heard.

Awesome thread! This is the kind of stuff I love seeing.
If I'm allowed to say, I've always loved DiRT's MUSCLE episode. I'm also pretty partial to the Sectaurs episode and the Computer Warriors episode.

Just a bit of Computer Warriors trivia for you Dan...
In sunny old England, the Computer Warriors line was rebranded as 'Computer Force' for UK buyers. During the 80's/early 90's it seemed that uk censors believed that uk children wern't ready for cartoons/toy lines with any conetation to violence in the name, so before it was sold here, it was all repackaged, rebranded and readvertised.
GI Joe was also deemed as being too American for UK audiences, so we got the same product, re-labelled as Action Force.
So in the end we ended up with stuff like Computer FORCE and Teenage Mutant HERO Turtles.
Just thought you might like to know that little tit-bit of info.
